Purple-coloured, organically-grown Kékfrankos, with lively acidity, went into the press and then into the tank, and in an unusual step, it was blended with Kadarka from the neighbouring rows. The cool, fresh Kékfrankos flavours, which are rare in Szekszárd, are rounded out by the similarly light yet softer-structured Kadarka. The cooler we tasted it, the better it felt.
