100% Syrah from outstandingly low-yield vines. It was spontaneously fermented in tanks, then aged in 500- and 225-litre, first- and second-fill barrels for 15 months. A concentrated, layered, serious wine with deep colour, blackcurrant, smokiness, spices and vanilla.
