A real "big wine" that can only be made by the winery in the best vintages. It underwent controlled fermentation in tanks, then it was aged in five-hectolitre French barrels for 15 months. It's already thick in its appearance and aromas, with a black core, clove, blood orange and black olive. The palate is big, round, and full of juice and power. The toasty aromas of barrel ageing end the long finish.
