At the winery, the 2020 Szamorodni was followed by the 2022 vintage, while 2021 was skipped — until now. This cooler, rarer vintage gave the wine a different character: instead of the roundness familiar from the 2022, a tauter structure and more pronounced acidity come to the fore. The 140 g/l residual sugar is balanced by vibrant acidity of 8.4 g/l.

Lychee, apricot and quince on the nose, joined on the palate by pear, ripe fruit and fine oak spice. Creamy texture, long palate and exceptional sense of proportion.
