Refined style, restrained yet distinctive varietal aromas. Grapes from 10-20-year-old vines from organic vineyards in Tarcal. Handpicked, fermented and aged in tanks. Officially off-dry, but it feels closer to dry. Abundant gooseberry and lime. We really enjoyed it when we tasted it. A well-composed, joyous wine.
