Harvested from Terézia Hill, one of Tarcal’s best terroirs, this Hárslevelű is grown on rich volcanic soil from old, organically cultivated vines. It was fermented in a 500-litre Zemplén oak barrel and spent another 4 months on fine lees before bottling. Wildflowers, peach and linden blossom are accented by minerality and a touch of oaky spice. Rich and honeyed on the palate, with spice, taut acidity and a mineral backbone. A touch of residual sweetness nicely rounds out the long finish.
