Attila Homonna, who is known for his taut, lean wines with long ageing potential, made particularly nice wines with a warm character and a broad palate in 2018. Out of his two single-vineyard wines, the aforementioned statement is most true of the Határi. It is friendlier than the Rány, with pear and apple notes rather than deep mineral flavours. It’s a juicy, long-lasting fine wine.

The organic grapes are processed with little in the way of mechanisation, followed by spontaneous fermentation, in tanks and used barrels, then long ageing.
