Stéphanie’s elegant style is present not only in her dry wines but here as well. Ripe white-fleshed peach, mandarin and tropical aromas, with a subtle honey-vanilla layer behind them. The palate is dense but not heavy: the acids hold it togther nicely, keeping it balanced all the way. Juicy and long, it’s the kind of sweet wine that makes you frequently refill your glass.
