Stéphanie Berecz’s estate Hárslevelű comes from Tarcal plots, from loess soil. The nose starts with tropical fruits, fine pollen and honey. It’s an elegant wine, with the minerality characteristic of Tokaj. The palate is substantial and zesty, with a long finish.
