The 2023 vintage is rounder than previous ones. “There’s something spherical about it,” explains Stéphanie Berecz. White-fleshed peach, pear, citrus and a subtle spiciness on the nose. The palate is taut, with juicy green apple, white flowers and a hint of residual sugar. It really opens up with a bit of time – a serious, concentrated Furmint built for long ageing.
