A fresh vintage, with a slightly rounder, fuller style than the previous one. A blend from four vineyard sites (Sajgó, Várhegy, Szárhegy, Teleki), with grapes selected from loess and volcanic soils. At the winery, the grapes are destemmed, and a reductive winemaking technique is used, with fermentation in very small batches. This is followed by six months of ageing in tank without lees, preserving the fresh flavours. A bone-dry, fresh, easy-drinking Furmint that comes across as classic from the first impression.
