The aszú berries from the Medve, Úrágya and Birsalmás vineyards produced sweet wines of exceptional complexity in this vintage. The hand-selected aszú berries of Furmint, Hárslevelű and Sárgamuskotály were traditionally macerated in fermenting must. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks, followed by ageing in 225-litre oak barrels, 10% of which were new. Due to lower acidity, the wine showcases pleasant notes of linden honey, flowers with white petals and exotic fruits.
