The 2024 Chardonnay comes to us from the warmest vintage in recent years. Exclusively from the Padihegy vineyard, the fruit from this terroir consistently displays remarkable freshness and supple elegance – qualities that shine brilliantly in this particular wine. After hand-harvesting, the grapes underwent whole-bunch pressing, followed by fermentation and 4 months of ageing on the lees in stainless steel tanks before bottling. Bright yellow-green colour, with aromas of fresh white-fleshed fruits, peach and flowers. On the palate, it reveals a velvety texture with flavours of crisp green apple, bright acidity and pleasing minerality.
