Besides the aszú and the szamorodni, kései szüret (i.e. late harvest) has a great tradition in Tokaj. It’s a widely popular genre with the fruit having the major role. This is also true in the case of Sauska Late Harvest. Dried apricot, honey and pineapple on the nose, with tropical fruits, such as papaya and mango exploding on the palate.
