Picked from 30-35-year old Sárgamuskotály, Furmint and Hárslevelű vines, from the Medve, the Úrágya and the Birsalmás vineyards. The botrytised ‘aszú’ berries were hand harvested one-by-one, selected, then macerated in the fermenting must for 24 hours. After gentle pressing, it was aged in barrels for 20 months. A healthy, pure botrytis nose, alongside the dried apricot and saffron aromas. The vibrant acids are in perfect harmony with the 228 g/l of residual sugar.
