The Sauska ‘estate Furmint’ comes from several different plots, among them such well-known vineyards as Birsalmás, Padihegy or Medve. The quick vinification is followed by 2 months on fine lees, in steel tanks. It’s a linear, focussed Furmint with flavours of pear, fresh apple and lots of minerality.
