“It’s like nibbling on the grapes,” is how Saci described the ’21 Sárgamuskotály (Yellow Muscat or Muscat Lunel), from a vintage with lots of sacrifices, from which less could be harvested in terms of quantity – but it was high in quality. The vintage’s pronounced but ripe acidity perfectly balances the 15g/l of residual sugar. It’s a full, rich wine with yellow flowers and rose water notes, and a long finish.
