Elegant, off-dry and organic. The grapes of the 2024 vintage thrived under a season of balanced warmth and moderate rainfall, yielding healthy grapes with rich aromatics. The yield was by no means high, but the quality came in beyond expectations. Pure and subtle aromas of elderflower, acacia and honey, followed by grape, green apple, melon and citrus fruit on the palate. In the background subtle minerality adds tension to each sip, while the harmonious balance of acidity and residual sugar creates a refined, rounded structure.
