The 2021 vintage in Villány is characterised by vibrant and refined wines, just like this Cabernet Sauvignon from the Csillagvölgy vineyard. Following a late September to early October harvest, the fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks. The wine was then aged for 16 months, with 80% in large-format barrels (25-50 hl) and 20% in second- and third-fill smaller barriques. Fruity and fresh, with elegant acidity and expertly chosen barrels, along with a harmonious acid structure and silky tannins.
