The destemmed is fruit fermented in temperature-controlled tanks, the new wine is aged 70% in new and 30% in second-fill, small barrels for 16 months. Ripe red and black fruit, with salty-smoky notes and the roast aromas of coffee. The palate is intense, lively and soft, with smooth tannins.
