One bottle of wine is made from the tiny grapes of each vine. In the steep vineyards where the rain drains off quickly, on the higher located vines, the grapes have less juice and are more concentrated. On top of that, the grape variety requires a lot of sunshine, and these are all given in the Jammertal, Csillagvölgy and Dobogó vineyards, from where the raw material was harvested at the end of October. By the end of ageing in oak, a spicy, thick, varietal wine came into being with great substance and sweetness from the high extract on the palate.
