This year, the 'Joyous wine' reveals a more sophisticated expression. Hailing from the limestone and brown forest soils of the Boczor vineyard, the Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon exude spontaneous vibrancy, taut structure and sun-kissed fruit intensity. It was tank-fermented, then refined for 5 months in used French oak barrels. The nose reveals fresh sour cherry, sweet plum and a touch of spice. The palate is generous and warm-toned, with a refreshing eucalyptus lift and a finish of subtly drying yet supple tannins. Effortlessly smooth yet substantial – this is a Villány wine for everyday enjoyment.
