A spontaneously fermented Cabernet Sauvignon harvested from friendlier, earlier ripening French clones, grown with a low yield. It was aged in Gábor’s favourite 500-litre French barrels for half a year. The nose is fresh, fruity, peppery with some spice from the barrel, while the palate is ripe, structured and delicious.
