Cabernet Franc (100%) from low-yield vines, French clones, spontaneous fermentation and 14 months of ageing in new and second-fill French oak barrels. The nose opens with dark berry fruit and floral notes, then gradually reveals earthy and graphite touches. The palate shows flavours of black cherry, violet and subtle oak spices, and is dense, with a sweetish touch, with velvety tannins and a long, coolly spiced finish.
