Another special wine from Gábor Kiss. The easiest way to depict Signal is as a Bordeaux-style big red wine. This is thanks to the late-ripening French clone, the low yield and the special French oak used by the winemaker. The wine has a complex nose, and decanting helps to reveal its finer details. It is characterised by black berry fruits, gentle oak spices and lovely tannins.
