What is it that Gábor Kiss promises not to make every year, then, it’s made eventually anyway? Yes, rosé. A smaller batch made from Kékfrankos and Merlot that underwent controlled fermentation in tanks, with 6.4 g/l acidity, 3 grams of sugar and serious substance. “I prefer it when it’s softer, creamier, with deeper fruitiness alongside the good acids. A rosé is good when there is substance in it, when it runs down on the side of the glass slowly, and this one became like that,” says Gábor Kiss.
