A charmingly full and rich in residual sugar bubbly was made in the cellar of Katus, Ákos and Andris. After the early harvest, the cold grapes were pressed in whole bunches. Thanks to the Champagne varieties, the nose is full of apples and pears, and owing to the lees ageing, the palate is creamy, while technology was in charge of the bubbles. An off-dry wine with outstanding acidity, in a perfect summer balance.
