“We picked it among the first ones, still it was in the most advanced state. Alongside the 7.7 grams of acidity, a few of grams of residual sugar remained at the end of fermentation, which can still be felt now, but we’re not worried, it will be integrated within a few months. We’ve had this with Köveskál before.” – Gyula Szabó.

The continuation of last year’s first vintage from the Tagyon vineyard of our colleague, Marci Balla. It’s a floral wine with lively acidity, then a round and slightly sugary finish. Only 900 bottles were produced from the single 7-hectolitre barrel.
