A bit of Burgundy from the border of Ormánság. It was fermented in open vats with organic yeast, aged for 8 months in 500-litre barrels, then rested on fine lees for half a year in tanks. Elegant Pinot colour, lacy, cherry aromas, then a long, harmonious palate with red berries. One of our favourite recent Pinots.
