The winery’s premium Cabernet Sauvignon is a single-vineyard wine from the famously hot vineyard of Ördögárok. Even by Villány's standards, the Mediterranean weather of 2018 had a particularly positive effect on the Cabernet varieties, especially on the late-ripening Sauvignon. The sorting of the raw material is carried out on three levels, followed by 30 days of tank fermentation and 15 months of ageing in French oak barrels. The wine has an impressive appearance, the colour is ebony black. It’s extremely dense and concentrated, with ripe, sweet tones on the palate.
