A selection of Kadarka from the Ördögárok vineyard, located in the hottest area of the Villány wine region. After destemming and cold maceration, fermentation took place partly in tanks and partly in oak barrels. Following pressing, the wine was aged for 6 months in used 500-litre barrels and clay vessels. The clay vessels allow the wine to breathe similarly to a barrel, without imparting additional oaky character. On the nose, it offers intense aromas of dark berries, complemented by spicy notes and violets. The palate is smooth and rich, with flavours of cherry, blueberry, and blackberry, accompanied by the elegant spices characteristic of the variety. Soft tannin structure, a refreshing and light red from Villány.
