The winery's vibrant siller is crafted annually from a blend of Kékfrankos, Syrah, Kadarka and Merlot, grown on chalky-marl soils. Following Swabian traditions, the grapes undergo 3-5 days of cold maceration before fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with a portion aged in large, used oak barrels. The result is a fruity, crisp wine bursting with notes of rose hip, cherry, plum and spices, complemented by lively acidity and a touch of bitterness on the finish. An excellent pairing for white meat, fish and vegetable dishes, but also a refreshing delight on its own.
