In 2021, the grapes harvested from the rich soil of the Villány hills yielded a taut-structured and elegant wine. The carefully selected and hand-harvested fruit was fermented in tanks and in small French barrels, followed by 10 months of ageing in oak barrels after pressing. Juicy plums, sour cherry and confit tomatoes, light barrel spices and a touch of leatheriness on the finish.
