The friendlier face of Primitivo from Salento. The Contrade product line by the Massera Li Veli winery includes approachable, easy-drinking wines. The wine has a deep ruby red colour, with blackberry, fig and nutmeg on the nose and palate, with a medium-long finish, rounded out by a touch of residual sugar. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks to maintain freshness and lightness, best enjoyed slightly chilled.
