The current manager of the winery, Gregory Perrucci, originally trained as a pianist, but life put him in a difficult situation and he had to take over the family business at a young age. He is one of the engines and the living conscience of the wine region, who does everything to save the traditional grape varieties. One of the most successful wines of our Puglia selection combines the variety’s characteristics and the region’s typical hedonistic, full-bodied flavours with the layers of the place of growth, a polished structure and a long, finely dusty tannin structure.
