The only white wine of Antinori’s Puglian estate. Gentle crushing, fermentation and ageing in temperature-controlled steel tanks ensure the vibrant, dynamic and crispy character of the Chardonnay. Yellow-fleshed apple, pineapple and peach blossom, jasmine notes, some lime and salty minerality appear on the nose and the palate.
