Santa Cristina has been a defining part of the Antinori family’s estates for more than six decades. Its story began in Tuscany and later continued in Umbria, where the expansion of the estate further enriched the winery’s traditions. It was made using reductive fermentation and ageing, preserving its freshness and fruity character. On the nose, an elegant harmony of pear, peach, white flowers and citrus unfolds. On the palate, lively acidity brings freshness, while 1 g/l of residual sugar gently rounds out the overall profile.

The first Santa Cristina was bottled by Niccoló Antinori in 1946, but the independent estate has only been operating since 2006 in Cortona, Tuscany. Besides Vermentino, Greco Bianco, Trebbiano and Sangiovese, they also work with international varieties. The classic Santa Cristina is made as red, white and rosé.
