A bottle-fermented, unfiltered frizzante. Owing to making the wine Col fondo – in the bottle and on the lees, it can be enjoyed cloudy by shaking the bottle, or purely without shaking it. Half is from Glera grapes, the other half is from other local varieties. Pear and slight yeast notes on its straightforward but pure nose. Rich palate, light fruitiness, cake, very delicate bubbles.
