The estate's bestseller shows its best form a few minutes after being opened and getting some air. Granny Smith apples, orange blossom, elderberry and lemongrass on the nose. The palate is both leanly salty and fully fruity. The wine is rich in flavours, precise and original in every detail. A subtly smoky, stony-dusty character, which is the trademark of the estate, pervades from the nose to the finish.

It’s a blend of eight vineyards from the Wairau Valley, produced by whole-bunch pressing, cold settling, then fermentation with its own yeast in temperature-controlled tanks. After four months of ageing, it was bottled without filtering and with only a light filtering.
