The Lands & Legends Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of the most impressive parcels of Marlborough’s Awatere Valley. Everything is about preserving freshness, thus, after the harvest at night, the grapes were put under the press immediately, then after 48 hours of settling, it was already fermenting. Fusing the qualities of the best parcels, we get a very lively, mineral structure, lively acids and the well-known tropical fruits and citrusy, herbal notes.
