As unreal as the colours of the landscape there may appear – so powerful, intense, and flavour-rich is the wine made there. Organic growing, hand harvesting, whole-bunch pressing, spontaneous fermentation, 4 months of ageing on fine lees in stainless steel tanks. Aromas of peach, melon, gooseberry, salt, matches and phosphorous. We’ve never tasted such flavours with such richness side by side in any other wine. A lasting experience.
