Made from indigenous grape varieties grown organically and without chemicals, this wine underwent spontaneous fermentation and was not overcomplicated by winemaking techniques. Or perhaps it could even be called a Pet Nat?
Bottled with just a few grams of residual sugar, which is enough to give it a slight sparkle upon opening. In the glass, it shows an opaque appearance, with flavours reminiscent of cider, yellow apples, citrus and Turkish hazelnuts. Rustic and lively, with a tangy, spicy finish. Grape varieties: Azal, Arinto, Avesso, Trajadura and Loureiro.
The goal with this wine is to revive a style of wine once typical in Vinho Verde.
